Renata Roberts Selected in ‘WIM100’

Renata Roberts, Chief Corporate Services Officer at The Bloomfield Group (TBG), has been selected among the ‘100 Global Inspirational Women in Mining in 2022 (WIM100)’ by Women in Mining (WIMUK), a volunteer non-profit organisation dedicated to promoting the employment, retention and advancement of women in the mining sector. The WIM100 recognises women who have gone ‘above and beyond’ in their contributions to the global mining industry.

2023 Apprentice Intake Now Open

Our Apprenticeship Program has been creating careers for over 40 years, all under the careful guidance and support of supervisors and a dedicated, full-time Apprentice and Training Coordinator. The 2023 Apprentice Intake will offer positions in the following trades: 1 x Electrician 1 x Boilermaker 1 x Machinist 3 x Plant Mechanic / Fitters. Applications for a 2023 Apprenticeship will close 26th June 2022.

Bloomfield attended a special community afternoon tea last in February where the first recipients of a total of $526,333 under the Singleton Community Economic Development Fund (CEDF) were recognised.

Singleton PCYC - DRIVE program – helping Singleton young people get their Drivers Licence

The Bloomfield Group Foundation recently donated funds to Singleton Police Citizens Youth Club (PCYC) for their DRIVE program – a driving mentor program connecting young people who have difficulty obtaining their required learner driver hours with trained community volunteers who have the time to spend supervising learner drivers.
