Gender Pay Gap, Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) Employer Statement

The Bloomfield Group, reporting under Big Ben Holdings Pty Ltd, supports the publication by the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) of employer gender pay gap data.

At The Bloomfield Group, we believe that a diverse and inclusive workforce is key to our long-term success. We demonstrate this through our Diversity and Inclusion Committee's work, recruitment drives, scholarships and vacation employment, and initiatives designed to attract, develop, and retain women in our workforce.

Our Employer Statement covers the factors that influence our average total remuneration pay gap of 16.5% and the median of 29.6%, between males and females in our organisation. It also covers our ongoing efforts to address the gender pay gap.

Our Modern Slavery Statement for the financial year ending 31 March 2023 (YEM23) has been developed in accordance with our company Values and the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth) ‘the Act’. The statement sets out the process and actions we have taken to assess and address risks of modern slavery practices in our operations and supply chains .

The Bloomfield Group is committed to the highest standards of conduct and ethical behaviour in all of our business activities. The Bloomfield Group Whistleblower Management System provides the mechanism for the reporting of any instances of suspected unethical, illegal, fraudulent or undesirable conduct involving our businesses and provides protections, and measures so that those persons who make a report may do so confidentially and without fear of detrimental treatment.
