Rix’s Creek Mine recently hosted three Upper Hunter Mining Dialogue (UHMD) Tours.

The mine hosted Singleton school students who were given the opportunity to understand the benefits of mining and how the impacts are managed. Filled with well-informed questions, the students were highly engaged in a tour that explained the mining process, rehabilitation and how good relationships with neighbours are maintained.
