Important Notice Regarding Compliance Documents and Management Systems
The Bloomfield Group has recently acquired the Abel and Donaldson mines from Yancoal. Certain environmental compliance documents and management systems currently published on this website remain under Yancoal branding, as they were approved by the NSW Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure (DPHI) (or other relevant authorities) prior to the acquisition.
These documents and systems continue to be valid and enforceable under the conditions of approval. The Bloomfield Group is committed to maintaining full compliance with all statutory obligations and approval conditions during this transition period.
We are working in consultation with the NSW DPHI to update these documents and management systems to reflect The Bloomfield Group’s ownership. Updated versions will be published as soon as they are formally approved by the relevant authorities.
