Last month Bloomfield held a Family Day at our Rix’s Creek North mine site. Around 700 employees and their families attended the warm and fun packed Sunday.

There was plenty of entertainment including dodgem rides, rock climbing, face painting and baby animals, with delicious food and soft drinks supplied. The showcased dump trucks and heavy equipment along with the Site Tours were highlights for many. The day was a huge success.

We thank all the families who attended and especially to the many wonderful volunteers who helped the day run smoothly and provided a great experience for everyone.
