This week, at our end-of-year CEO updates, we unveiled our latest initiative to support the mental health of our people.

To help Care and Deliver in the mental health space, our 2025 annual clothing issue includes these free high-vis shirts designed to start conversations about mental health and make support services even more visible.

Called Trademutt, profits from the shirts go to the charity ‘This is a conversation starter’ (TIACS). We’re encouraging our teams to wear their ‘funky’ shirts at any time!... but particularly on the last Friday of each month to show their support for mental health.
