The Bloomfield Group proudly sponsored and participated in the historic 150th Singleton Show in late September. They engaged with community members and shared insights on both the Rix’s Creek Mine operations and the Rix’s Creek North Continuation Project.

As part of the activities, we held a “Guess the Weight of the Coal” competition, which drew enthusiastic participation from locals. The winning guess of 21.6kg earned a lucky community member a $250 gift voucher.

Despite challenging weather conditions, a group of dedicated volunteers from our Rix’s Creek Mine - David Holmes, Damien Butler, Chris Knight, Julius Harris Payne, Chris Moy, and Geoff Moore -came together to engage with our community and make the day a success.
