Bloomfield Colliery - Blasting Information

Under the Bloomfield Colliery Development Consent (07-0087) Bloomfield is approved to conduct blasting between 9 am and 5 pm Monday to Saturday.

No blasting is allowed on Sundays and Public Holidays.

Bloomfield Colliery may carry out on the site a maximum of:

a) 2 blasts a day; and

b) 5 blasts a week, averaged over a 12 month period.

Blasting dates and times are subject to change due to meteorological conditions. The following blast schedule is for the week commencing 18 February 2019:
