Integra has the requirement under the current project approval to have a Community Consultative Committee (CCC) comprised of an independent chairperson.
Integra has a commercial arrangement with the past and current Chairperson of the CCC for fees and expenses relating to their attendance and travel to and from meetings, and the review and provision of meeting agendas and minutes.

This Committee was disbanded at the last meeting held in February 2016 following the sale of the Integra site.
With agreement of Singleton Council and DPE Assessment Branch the Rixs Creek North and Rixs Creek South CCC's have been integrated into one Committee.
Members of the Integra CCC were offered to join either:-
- the Glencore -Mt Owen Mine CCC for those with an interest in the underground operation, or
- Rix's Creek CCC for those members with an interest in the open cut operation.
